Hello! I'm Huy! I am a freelance artist who enjoys doing what she does! My full-time job is a kennel assistant at a veteniary office. My commissions are open almost all the time to get just a tiny bit of extra funds.
I mostly draw feral animals, especially canines and felines, but I also occasionally draw anthropromorphic animals and some human(oid)s as well!

☾ Terms of Service ☽

These apply to commissions, customs, adoptables, bases, grids, and YCH's. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask! You must agree to my ToS in order to commission me! Failure to read the ToS does not mean they do not apply. Please read all the way through it to find the password to include in your order form!!
I do NOT give permission for my artwork/designs to be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or to train AI models. Doing so will result in getting permanently blacklisted.

☾ What I Will Draw ☽

Feral animals such as; felines (big cats + domesticated), canines, equines, etc. (just ask if unsure)
Fan characters such as; The Lion King, My Little Pony, Pokémon, etc (again, just ask if unsure)
Canon/Semi-canon characters from fandoms
Anthropomorphic animals; mostly just canines and felines at this time
Slight gore
Humans/Humanoids (please ask)

☾ What I Won't Draw ☽

NSFW (not safe for work) content, including suggestive pieces
Heavy or super realistic gore
Anything racist, sexist, anti-LGBT+, political, or generally harmful/offensive
Fetishes (including inflation, vore, scat, etc.)
Extremely large/over-focused body parts (things that can be seen as fetish-y; i.e. breasts, stomachs, etc.)

☾ Commissions ☽

Do not claim artwork as your own. You must give me credit. Claiming the work is your's will result in immediately getting blacklisted.
You can only use artwork for your own personal use.
Do not use my artwork for profit or any other monetary gain (commercial use).
Do not edit my artwork in any way, shape, or form. Doing so will result in immediately getting blacklisted.
I can hold slots for you, but only for a maximum of five (5) days. Once the five days are past, the slot will be reopened. Extensions can be talked about if absolutely needed!
Please review and keep in mind what I will, might, and will not draw.
Please do not rush me! I want you to be satisfied with the end result!
I will send you a WIP (work in progress) sketch of your commission for approval/to make any necessary changes!
I have every right to decline or cancel your commission for any reason.

☾ Adopts, Customs, & Grids ☽

Do not claim designs or artwork as your own. You must give me credit. Claiming the work is your's will result in immediately getting blacklisted.
Do not edit my artwork (regardless if it is hand-drawn or my own personal base) in any way, shape, or form. Doing so will result in immediately getting blacklisted and potentionally having the design revoked (with a refund of half what was paid).
I can hold adopts/slots for you, but only for a maximum of five (5) days. Once the five days are past, the adopt/slot will be reopened. Extensions can be talked about if absolutely needed!
Please be mindful of the individual rules posted on grids as they have specific requirements about them (i.e. only one cub per slot; only one slot per person, etc.).
I will not add details that are considered offensive.
Do not resell designs for more than you paid for, unless they come with extra art (i.e. if you bought an adopt that only cost $1.00, do not resell for $10.00 without extra art).
Do not uptrade designs unless they come with extra art (i.e. if you only paid $1.00, please do not trade for a design that's worth $10.00 without extra art).
Do not resell designs you received in a trade unless they come with extra art.
If you recieve a design of mine in a resale or trade, my ToS still apply to the design.
Please let me know if you decided to resell as I may wish to purchase the design back!
Please let me know who the new owners of designs are so I may update the original images!
Please DO NOT resell my designs to someone on my blacklist.
I have every right to decline or cancel your order for any reason.
Please be sure to save the separate(s) once I link them to you as I delete them from sta.sh after a week. Failure to save the file or if you lose the file, I will not issue a refund. Once I give you the link, it is 100% your responsibility to save the file.
I will be more than happy to make a Toyhou.se profile for the adopt/custom/grid result if you so desire (if you have an account)! Just ask!!

Do not trace or copy my bases in any way, shape, or form.
I have every right to decline your offer for any reason.

Do not sell these bases.
You may give these to others, so long as they provide proper credit when using!

☾ Pay to Use ☽

All universal rules apply.
Do not give out to those who did not pay for it. I keep a list of who has purchased bases.
Do not resell these bases.
Do not use for collabs unless all parties own the base.

☾ Waiting Times ☽

Due to my work schedule not being set days a week (as in, I don't work every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, etc.), I can no longer give a set schedule for working on owed art. I am only able to work on art when I am not scheduled to work (I work 4 days on, 3 days off). I also have days when I have absolutely 0 motivation/desire to draw or days when I absolutely cannot focus on drawing. With that said, it could possibly take me a couple months or so (3-4) to get owed art done. So, due to this, I cannot give a time estimate on when work will be completed. Please keep that in mind when ordering art/designs from me. I will ALWAYS either reach out privately or make a public status/bulletin about delays and such, as I have been!!
Paid art will always take priority over trades, art payments, and other unpaid art.

☾ Strikes ☽

If the rules of my ToS are broken, this is the procedure I will use to handle them. This does not apply to the rules that, if broken, result in an immediate blacklist.

Strike 1: Warning provided. First time/minor offenses (i.e. not including the current password, forgetting to give proper credit when reuploading one [1] time).
Strike 2: Secondary warning, put on a "Fair Warning" list, and forbidden from buying/commissioning for a week maximum. Continued minor offenses/First time major offense (i.e. not including the current password, forgettinig to give proper credit when reuploading two [2] times, reselling for more/selling a design recieved in a trade/uptraded [without extra art] one [1] times).
Strike 3: Blacklisted. Continuously repeating minor offenses after warnings/Major offenses (i.e. reselling for more/selling a design received in a trade/uptrading [without extra art] two [2] or more times, forgetting to give proper credit when reuploading three [3] or more times, never including the current password, editing my work).

☾ Blacklist ☽

Below are the usernames of those who are no longer allowed to purchase adopts/order customs from me/who I do not wish to own any design /character I've made. I am no longer comfortable with these users. Please do not attack or harass anyone on my blacklist. Over time, people may be removed from the list as I see fit.

☾ Payments & Usage ☽

I am currently accepting PayPal and Deviantart Points as payment. $1.00 = 100 points.
Please wait for confirmation before sending payment.
If paying with PayPal: For totals less than $10, I will provide my PayPal.Me link. For totals $10 or more, I will send an invoice (please provide your email in either a reply or in a DM/note).
If paying with DA points: Please send via gifting on my profile.
Please send payment only in USD (United States Dollar).
I will only start work when payment is received.
I can only give refunds during the sketching phase. Once I start lining, I cannot offer refunds. The only time I will provide a refund after the sketching phase is if I cannot complete your order.
Prices can change depending on the complexity of the character!
Please only send digital flats for references. If the over-all design of the character is traditional, that's fine, but it must have digital flat colors. (Please note, that this does not apply to customs, unless you're wanting an offspring of a specific pairing.)
I will be allowed to post/use the finished work anywhere I'd like for example purposes.
Please ask me if it's okay to repost finished work/designs on your own page. I will most likely say "yes" , but I'd still rather you ask rather than assume! You must give me credit though.
You do not need permission to upload to ToyHou.se but you must still credit me (HuyHuy24) as the creator/artist!
You cannot remove my signature/watermark from finished artwork. Customs/Grid results/Adoptables will come completely unwatermarked, save for my 'signature' (it's still technically a watermark, but just my username).

Failure to follow these may result in becoming blacklisted from commissioning, trading, or adopting from me again.
Commissioning/Ordering from me in any way means that you have read and agree to my terms of service.
